AI Summary
Chevron presents compelling risk-reward opportunity with accelerating quarterly earnings momentum ($2.00 to $5.27 EPS), strong operational leverage to oil prices ($4-5B annual cash flow boost per $10 oil increase), strategic Iraqi expansion potential, and bullish technical alignment. While valuation is elevated and technical indicators show some momentum deceleration, the fundamental trajectory supports upside to $206 target with proper risk management.
